We may share your information with our partner companies to help follow up on your account and offer related services. Under the CCPA/CPRA, this sharing may be considered a "sale" in certain circumstances, which is why we provide this opt-out mechanism.

• Internet/electronic activity: pages visited, features used, calculation history
We do not share: payment card details, passwords, diagnosis codes entered, or RAF score results.
Your rights under CCPA/CPRA:
• You will not be discriminated against for exercising this right. We will not deny you service, charge different prices, or provide a different quality of service.
• Opting out will not affect your access to the core Precise Health Risk Compass™ SCORE services — RAF Score Calculator, RAF Score API, or RAF Batch API.
• An authorized agent may submit this request on your behalf. If submitting as an authorized agent, please indicate this in the "Additional Details" field and provide proof of authorization.
